At We Got Goals, LLC, we recognize the importance of supporting initiatives that promote attendance and active engagement. We collaborate with partner organizations to raise awareness and provide financial assistance to programs dedicated to enhancing equity in schools, improving school attendance, and increasing family engagement.
WGG Partnered with the Louisiana FINS Association to Support:
GEO Next Generation High School Jazz Ensemble
The GEO Next Generation High School Jazz Ensemble concluded the 2025 Louisiana Families in Need of Services Conference with a musical performance that celebrated the spirit of New Orleans. WGG and the Louisiana FINS Association selected the Jazz Ensemble as a WGG Gives! recipient. This band program has secured nearly one million dollars in college scholarships, thanks to the dedication of their director, Doretha Williams, her staff, and the band students. Participation in band as an elective and extracurricular activity helps keep students engaged and promotes consistent school attendance.

Girls Play Trumpet Too!
During lunch on Day 3 of the 2024 International Network for School Attendance (INSA) Conference, participants were greeted by the musical sounds of Girls Play Trumpet Too! WGG and INSA selected Girls Play Trumpet Too as WGG Gives! recipients. This organization empowers girls to play the trumpet on a novice and advanced level to enhance equal representation in a male-dominated music industry. Girls Play Trumpet Too also supports improved school attendance by offering high-quality, equity-focused after-school programs.
