Founder/Lead Consultant

Shelneka Adams-Marsalone

Shelneka Adams-Marsalone is the Founder and Lead Consultant of We Got Goals, LLC. She established WGG with an emphasis on well-being and mindfulness. Through her work, she discovered that in order for individuals to effectively engage in well-being and mindfulness practices, they must first be fully present—mentally, spiritually, and physically. This led her to explore barriers that hinder participation, revealing that the very obstacles preventing authentic self-expression often also impede overall engagement and presence. Shelneka uses her expertise to support and coach educational and organizational leaders through consulting, professional development, and strategic partnership.

Program Associate

Daniel Marsalone

Daniel Marsalone serves as Program Associate of We Got Goals, LLC. He became a member of the team in 2023. With a solid research background and a dedication to education, his skills support the organization’s vision and mission. His responsibilities include providing administrative support, overseeing office operations, coordinating training sessions and professional development opportunities, and assisting with research initiatives. Daniel is committed to promoting equitable educational opportunities, family stability, and safe environments for all children.
